This is a color sensor Circuit Diagram. This circuit
will sense eight colors that are, green, red, blue, magenta, cyan, yellow,
black & white. Its will be extremely helpful for robotics plan. The point
whose colour is necessary to be detected must be located in front of the method.
The light energy reflected from the point will drop on the three curved lenses
which are fixed in front of the three LDRs. The convex lenses are used to
converge light energy. This helps to augment the compassion of LDRs. Blue,
green & red glass plates (filters) are fixed in front of LDR1, LDR2 and
LDR3 respectively. When reflected brightness energy from the point fall on the device,
the coloured clean glass cups decide which of the LDRs would find triggered.
The circuit makes apply of just Op-amp IC...
When a major coloured light shaft falls on the method, the
glass cover matching to that main colour will permit that exact light to pass during.
But the additional two glass dishes will not permit any light to exceed
through. Thus just one LDR will obtain triggered & the entrance output matching
to that LDR will turn into sense 1 to point to which colour it is.
Correspondingly, when a minor coloured light shaft falls on
the method, the two main glass dishes corresponding to the varied color will permit
that light to outdo through while the residual one will not permit any light shaft
to pass during it. As a effect two of the LDRs obtain triggered as well as the
gate output parallel to these will become reason 1 and show which color it is.
As all the LDRs obtain triggered or stay untargeted, you
will watch white & black light indications in that order. Next points may
be watchfully.
Noted:
1. Vessel meters VR1, VR2 & VR3 can be used to regulate
the compassion of the LDRs.
2. Ordinary tops of the LDRs should be linked to positive provide.
3. Apply good class light filters.
The LDR is mounded in a pipe, last a lens, & intended
at the point. The coloured glass sieve should be set in face of the LDR as exposed
in the figure. Create three of that class & fix them in a fitting box.
Adjustments are critical & the widget presentation would depend winning its
proper manufacture & use of right filters and light conditions.
